Art. 1 - Disclaimer:

DigiPrinting di D.Morell (hereinafter “DigiPrinting”) won’t be held accountable by the customer and/or the beneficiary for performance if different, for any type of damage, both direct and indirect, deriving from possible errors of any type in the printing of any files sent by the client or deriving from the reception of the wrong material. In such cases, DigiPrinting will be exclusively bound to carry out a single reprint of the goods. Equally, DigiPrinting won’t be accountable for damages, direct or indirect, owing to the missed and/or late delivery of materials. DigiPrinting will be responsible for possible packaging deterioration; in such cases, DigiPrinting will be exclusively bound to carry out a reprint of the material as long as the parcel is accepted by the client “subject to errors” which will have to be listed on the receipt given by the courier and communicated to DigiPrinting by email at info@digiprinting.it, subject to revocation, within three days from the reception of the package. Possible printing errors or problems with packaging should be communicated to the email address info@DigiPrinting.it with digital photographic documentation attached, taking care to indicate the order reference number on the object, within three days from reception of the material. 

Art. 2 - Dispensation clause of territorial jurisdiction:

For all disputes related to the interpretation and/or execution of this contract, the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monza, irrespective of the place of contract finalization, the domicile of the buyer, the place of payment even if by bank draft and/or cash order.

Art. 3 - Customer responsibility:

The customer assumes responsibility of the printing item contents exempting DigiPrinting from the obligation of examining them and assuming, therefore, any liability to third parties should they complain about damages to the image, honour, dignity, integrity, moral or otherwose any pecuniary and non-pecuniary causally connected to the print in the contract. DigiPrinting reserves the right to indemnify the customer in the event that claims for damages were made directly against them.
